Meet the team

The Firm has a team work policy, this enables the lawyers to keep track of the clients’ instructions and ensure continuity of clients’ work in the event the lead lawyer is not available. As such, the client always receives services when it so requires from the Firm. The team at the Firm is currently as captured below.

Wani Steven

Tech & IP Lawyer

Wani holds a Masters of Laws (LL.M) degree in Information Technology and Intellectual Property law from University of Sussex (United Kingdom), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from El Neelain University (Sudan).

In addition to working at the Firm, Wani works as a regional coordinator for Internet sans frontires (IS_F) an international organization that promote digital rights and access to internet across the world.

 

Victor Henry Andrew

Lawyer

Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws Honors (LL.B. Honors) degree from El Neelain University (Sudan), and he is an Advocate and Commissioner for oath (notary public), in the Republic of South Sudan. 

Prior to establishing Witness Law Advocates, Victor was a founder of Victor Henry & Co Advocates, and he worked at Hanadi El-Rashid (all are South Sudan based law firms).In addition to working at the Firm, Victor Provides free legal services to local and community based associations.

Atif Adil Adriano

Lawyer

Atif holds a Bachelor of Laws Honors (LL.B. Honors) degree from El Neelain University (Sudan), and he is a member of the Bar in the Republic of South Sudan. He has also undergone various trainings on General Legal Practice, Atif has further been trained on arbitration.

Atif’s areas of practice include but are not limited to taxation law, land law, Criminal and Civil Litigations, contract review and drafting, NGO establishment and operations laws, companies and corporate laws.

Lino David Faki

Lawyer

Lino holds a Bachelor of Laws Honors (LL.B. Honors) degree from El Neelain University (Sudan), and he has qualified to the Bar in Sudan, he is also registered Advocates with the Bar in the Republic of South Sudan. He has also undergone various trainings on General Legal Practice.

Lino’s areas of practice include but are not limited to Civil and Criminal Litigations, land law, contract review and drafting, NGO establishment and operations laws.

Lino Elyuda Dakai

Lawyer

Lino is a candidate Masters of Laws, (LL.M candidate) at University of Juba, he holds a Bachelor of Laws honors (LL.B. honors) degree from El Neelain University (Sudan), and is enrolled as an advocate to the Bar in South Sudan.

Lino’s areas of practice include but are not limited to Human resource and labour laws, taxation laws, land law, alternative dispute resolution, commercial transactions, NGO establishment and operations laws, banking law, child law and Civil and Criminal litigation.

Emmanuel Franco Sube

Lawyer

Emmanuel, is a trainee Advocate at the Firm. He has completed his Bachelor of Laws Honors (LL.B.) degree From University of El-Salam University college, (Sudan). Emmanuel, Joined the firm as a requirement by the law to be trained to be a lawyer and join the legal practice.

Prior to joining the firm Emmanuel worked in various positions within companies in Sudan,

Joy Emmanuel

Assistant Administrator 

Joy works as the Assistant admin. and finance in the Firm. Prior to joining the Witness law Advocates, Joy has experience in managing small and medium business within South Sudan.

Joy fluently speaks and writes English and Swahili, and fluently speaks Acholi (local language in South Sudan).
